I support women in the helping profession experiencing stress, anxiety & overwhelm, move beyond worry, to create a more balanced, calm and mindful way of being. My approach is a blend of teaching and coaching using principles and techniques of mindfulness, meditation & yoga. Together we'll create sustainable self-care, stress- management & personal growth practices to suit your specific needs and goals!

What we'll do together


All sessions start and finish with a short meditation, breath-work or other grounding activity. This is a good opportunity to practice the techniques you learn throughout your coaching.

We will cover various themes related to emotional & mental well-being, your relationship to stress & anxiety & cover various strategies & techniques depending on your support needs.

Our sessions are your opportunity to discuss & reflect on your own unique patterns of stress & together we will come up with supportive solutions to overcome these and ensure you can move forward with positive intent.

Discuss experiences within your newfound practices & address any concerns and difficulties you may encounter & together come up with creative solutions to overcome these.

Set weekly practice goals where I will act as your “accountability buddy” to help you develop a sustainable and progressive routine.

Depending on your coaching package, you can also develop basic yoga skills, if indeed yoga is a practice you would like to explore further.

Come away with a 20-30 min personalised yoga practice that you can incorporate into your self-care toolkit!

Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?

If you purchase the 1 month coaching subscription and decide after the first session that you are not 100% satisfied, then you may request a refund for the remaining sessions. This must be done at least 48hours before your next booked session.

Single sessions of 1:1 coaching are not eligible for refunds.


How do I schedule my appointment?

Upon purchasing coaching, you'll receive further instructions on how to book a time for your appointment.


Can I purchase coaching more than once?

Absolutely! If you find yourself in need of coaching more than once, simply purchase the coaching again!
