About Me

I support women in the helping profession move beyond stress to a place of mindfulness, self-nurturing & calm.

I am a Meditation, Yoga & Mindfulness teacher living slow in the Philippines. I have a background in the helping profession as a social worker, mentor & counselor. From my own experience of dealing with long term stress, anxiety and overwhelm I teach easily accessible yet powerful skills & techniques that has helped me transform a frantic and stressful way of being into a more balanced, calm and empowered way of working & living.

After working almost a decade in the Australian Social Work Industry, supporting colleagues & clients through times of crisis, mental health challenges & stress, & nearing burn-out myself, I decided to change careers, enroll in a meditation teaching course and move back to my hometown in the Philippines with my life partner Dan. We now manage a small family compound & farm while building our own online teaching businesses surrounded by nature and a tight-knit & supportive family & community.
